Spring is nearly here, and that means that the Monona Farmers Market will soon be st starting! Enclosed is a bookmark of our times, dates, and special events for this seaso season. We hope to see you there, supporting our local market.

We are offering an opportunity for you to become a Market Sponsor. The Market is visited by approximately 1,000 people each Sunday, which provides on excellent way fo for us to partner with you in promoting your business or organization. Your contribution in turn helps offset costs of running the market, such as insurance, printing printing, and special events.

Market Sponsorship Opportunities

Hospitality Tent Hosts
Be the Monona Farmers Market host for a day. Promote your business/organization by managing the hospitality tent wearing tee shirts, name tags and handing out your information. Responsibilities include helping with set up (8am), take down (1pm), and offering information and assistance to shoppers or vendors. Make the market unique with your own special touch.

Special Event Sponsors
Each month the Market offers one special event. A list can be found on the enclosed bookmark and on our website. You may help fund one of the special events. This could include helping to pay for treats or entertainment. Sponsors for an event will be listed in media releases for the event.

Financial Sponsorships;

$50 Sponsors – Information on the Brochure Rack
For a donation of $50, we will include your brochure or other information in our brochure rack which is displayed at every Market, weather permitting. You are responsible for providing the materials and refilling as needed. Monona area non-profits may display Market approved materials for no charge.

$100 Sponsors—Recognition at the market and on web
For a donation of $100 or more, we will list your name as one of our Market Sponsors in media releases, on our website and on signage at the Market. Brochure rack materials will also be displayed.

$200 Sponsors—All of the above, plus a link to your website from our website  

Note: In order to be listed as a market sponsor on our website and Market Sign, please notify us by the deadline date of April 15, 2010

The market starts on May 2 this year, and runs through October 31, from 9am to 1pm Sundays at Ahuska Park. We are proud to be a member of the Monona Chamber of Commerce, and look forward to partnering with you!
